Hyperbolic Mixers

On November 11, 2022, Linsul successfully carried out another startup of 8 Hyperbolic Mixers, purchased by a gelatin manufacturer.

Linsul Indústria e Soluções Ambientais sized the Hyperbolic Mixers for an anoxic selector, where they will mix by recirculating and directing the liquid flow along the bottom of the pond.

The equipment is 100% stainless steel, including the mixing blades, which increases its durability. In addition, Linsul designed the equipment for low energy consumption during operation.

In short, the company designed the hyperbolic mixers with curved blades and a large contact area, as well as high torque, generated by reducing the speed of the high-efficiency electric motor relative to the gearbox output speed, with a service factor of 1.5.

Linsul made it possible to install the hyperbolic mixers with the pond still full and also provided a specialized technician to monitor and guide the startup.
