Mounted on a SKID, the unit was designed to offer maximum mobility, easy installation and simplified operation, making it ideal for temporary applications, rentals or sites with limited space and infrastructure.
Its plug-and-play concept allows quick deployment, requiring only basic connections such as power supply, sludge inlet and discharge of the dewatered material, eliminating the need for complex civil works.
Mobility, practicality and simplified operation
One of the great advantages of the mobile unit is how easy it is to transport and install; it can be moved between different plants or positioned directly at the operating site, including on trucks or sloping surfaces.
The system is fully automated, with polymer preparation and dosing, a washing system, coarse solids filtering and an integrated electrical panel, ensuring continuous, stable operation with minimal operator intervention.
In addition, the unit has a roofed structure for weather protection, providing greater equipment durability and better
working conditions for the operators.
