Efficient processes and applied technology
Wastewater treatment is carried out through different stages, which may include pretreatment, physicochemical treatment and biological processes, depending on the characteristics of the wastewater.
In the initial stage, coarse solids and unwanted materials are removed. Then, processes such as coagulation, flocculation and settling help remove particles and organic load. When necessary, biological treatment degrades the remaining organic matter.
Depending on the application, additional stages can be added for final polishing of the water, allowing it to be reused in industrial processes or safely discharged into the environment.
