Sludge Thickening Table
The Linsul Sludge Thickening Table is an efficient solution for the continuous thickening of biological and physicochemical sludges in water and wastewater treatment plants (WTPs and WWTPs).
Designed to reduce sludge volume economically and automatically, the thickening table significantly improves the performance of the subsequent treatment stages, such as dewatering, transport and final disposal.
With technology based on gravity drainage, the equipment provides high operational efficiency with low energy consumption and minimal need for intervention.
High efficiency in sludge thickening
The process takes place on a porous filter belt, where the previously conditioned sludge is distributed evenly.
As it moves along the belt, the water drains naturally while the solids are retained and conveyed to the final discharge. This system allows efficient solid-liquid separation, resulting in a more concentrated sludge ready for the next stages.
The table can reduce sludge volume by up to 6 to 7 times, depending on the characteristics of the material, contributing directly to the overall efficiency of the system.
