Brush Rotary Screen
The Linsul Brush Rotary Screen is an efficient solution for separating suspended solids in water and wastewater treatment systems.
With an automated brush cleaning system, the equipment ensures continuous operation and high waste removal efficiency, even in applications with a high solids load.
Its use contributes directly to improving effluent quality and protecting the subsequent treatment stages.
High efficiency with a self-cleaning system
The equipment operates with a rotating drum fitted with a filter screen, where the wastewater comes into contact with the filtration surface.
During rotation, the liquid passes through the screen while the solids are retained. Its differentiator is the brush system, which continuously cleans the screen, preventing clogging and maintaining process efficiency.
This system allows stable operation, reducing maintenance shutdowns and ensuring greater productivity.
Robust design adapted to your operation
The brush rotary screen is designed according to the characteristics of the wastewater, including flow rate, solids load and type of application.
Its robust construction, combined with the use of high-quality materials, ensures a long service life, low maintenance and high operational performance.
In addition, the equipment can be configured with different screen types and openings, meeting the specific needs of each project.
Operating capacity
Available capacity: 5 to 200 m³/h.

How It Works
The wastewater is directed into the screen, where it comes into contact with the rotating drum fitted with a filter screen.
As the drum rotates, the liquid passes through the screen while the solids are retained on its surface.
The brush system continuously cleans the screen, removing the accumulated residues and directing them to discharge.
This process takes place automatically and continuously, ensuring high separation efficiency and reducing the need for operational intervention.
