Disc Dewatering Press - Delivery

In short, on October 10, 2022, Linsul Indústria e Soluções Ambientais made another delivery of a Disc Dewatering Press. The equipment went to the state of São Paulo, and in addition to the Press, the customer chose to purchase a sludge tank and an automatic polymer preparer.

The Disc Dewatering Press was sized for a capacity of up to 15 m³/h. Considering TSS at 1%, it will raise the solids concentration to 20%.

The Disc Dewatering Press was designed with advanced technology and quality. It was manufactured entirely in stainless steel by a highly qualified team. The equipment includes an automatic polymer preparer, which will achieve excellent dosing precision, and an HMI Touch Screen Panel. In addition, the sludge tank was also made entirely of stainless steel, with a mechanical mixer.

Linsul will provide a qualified technician to carry out the startup and train the operators, ensuring the equipment works correctly.

The Disc Dewatering Press will achieve excellent efficiency and low maintenance, since it has a low operating speed and a motor of only 1 HP, providing a lower operating cost than a Decanter Centrifuge.
