Linsul Indústria e Soluções Ambientais, located in Rio do Sul, Santa Catarina, a manufacturer of wastewater treatment equipment such as dissolved air flotation systems, sludge dewatering systems, polymer preparers, the flotodecantador and much more, carried out the startup of another project at a pharmaceutical company in the state of Minas Gerais on September 2, 2022. The project is a dissolved air flotation and sludge dewatering system for flow rates of 15 m³/h and 250 L/h. It was developed with guaranteed quality and technology, following all the safety parameters required by the pharmaceutical industry. The system consists of a complete
dissolved air flotator with an automatic polymer preparer, a sludge dewatering press that also comes with a polymer preparer, and a screw conveyor for the dewatered sludge. In addition, it was entirely manufactured with top-quality materials such as stainless steel and cutting-edge technologies, such as a microbubble generation system for the flotator. The manufacturer states that it uses only 100% Brazilian raw materials and manufacturing components. In short, Linsul explains that the Dissolved Air Flotator and the Sludge Dewatering Press achieved excellent efficiency for the customer, bringing more sustainability to the pharmaceutical company. The startup of the dissolved air flotation and sludge dewatering system was accompanied by a specialized technician provided by Linsul, who, in addition to making the necessary equipment adjustments, provided important training to the wastewater treatment plant operators.
