Another Linsul project successfully completed! We present the robust DAF Flotator, an exclusive and innovative project that promises efficient removal of suspended organic and inorganic loads from wastewater. Capable of achieving up to 98% removal of BOD, COD, P and TSS, this Flotator stands out for its remarkable effectiveness.

We developed this project specifically to meet the requirements of the textile industry, where it will be used for water reuse. The Flotator was carefully sized for a high flow rate and maximum efficiency. It is a complete piece of equipment, made of 316L stainless steel and equipped with: a coupled mechanical flocculator with speed adjustment, a sludge scraping system with a 316L stainless steel chain and speed adjustment, and essential features including a state-of-the-art microbubble system, whose impeller goes through an advanced investment casting process, ensuring superior durability, and a coupled 316L stainless steel saturation vessel.

Bound for the state of Minas Gerais, we dedicated meticulous work to preparing the project to ensure safe and efficient transport to its destination.
