Wastewater treatment system

On November 14, 2022, we carried out another startup of a wastewater treatment system. The system, consisting of a DAF Flotator, a Brush Rotary Screen and a Sludge Dewatering Press, is operating in a mechanical auto parts industry.

First, the Brush Rotary Screen will handle a capacity of 35 m³/h with automation, as it is self-cleaning, thus reducing the system's operating costs.

The DAF Flotator was sized for a flow rate of 15 m³/h, with an automatic polymer preparation system and state-of-the-art microbubble pumps manufactured by Linsul. In the Flotator project, we followed strict quality control and advanced technology, improving the efficiency of the wastewater treatment system.

We sized the Sludge Dewatering Press for a capacity of 15 m³/h, also with an automatic polymer preparation system, in a complete SKID format, with a minimum solids concentration of 1.5% and a maximum of 2.0%, and a theoretical moisture of the dewatered solids of 80%.

In conclusion, the wastewater treatment system was manufactured entirely in stainless steel, focusing on automation and high efficiency, to meet the company's quality standards with low operating cost, low maintenance and low electricity costs.

Linsul provided a qualified technician to monitor and train the contractor's operators, ensuring the correct operation of the wastewater treatment system.
