Linsul Indústria e Soluções Ambientais, a manufacturer of wastewater treatment equipment, is part of yet another innovation project. In 2022, in partnership with TEGA Engenharia, it developed a water reuse system using a DAF Flotator. For this, Linsul supplied the equipment and a Sludge Press to operate in the innovative system.
In short, the reuse of rainwater will only be possible thanks to the well-developed project by TEGA and the high-technology, high-removal Linsul DAF Flotator.
The reuse water will be used in the site's drinking water supply, as well as in the insulin manufacturing processes, since this is a pharmaceutical industry.
Linsul designed the Flotator for a capacity of 15 m³/h with high efficiency and automation systems.
In addition, the water reuse parameters will meet Brazilian Ministry of Health Ordinance 888 of 2021, with a daily production volume of 288 m³/day (12 m³/h). As a result, the use of reuse water with the DAF Flotator will reduce the total volume drawn from the local water utility by 40%.
The DAF Flotator was manufactured in 100% stainless steel, using only top-quality materials. Through several meetings in partnership with TEGA Engenharia, it was possible to reach the best solution for this customer.
In conclusion, Linsul thanks TEGA Engenharia for its commitment to the project and partnership, and the customer for its trust and concern for the planet's sustainability. It also thanks its employees for their commitment and dedication to the project, aligned with the vision of preserving the environment we are part of.
