In short, on January 17, 2023, Linsul, a manufacturer of wastewater treatment equipment, made another delivery of a DAF flotator. The customer was S/A Copacol, at its Nova Aurora unit in the state of Paraná.
The equipment was sized for a capacity of 100 m³/h to be integrated with the customer's system, where it will float the wastewater generated by its fish production process.
Concerned with the sustainability of the environment we live in and the impact of the food industry on it, Copacol purchased the wastewater treatment equipment with the high efficiency of its system in mind, aiming to increasingly minimize environmental impacts.
It chose the Linsul Flotator, whose equipment is manufactured with excellence and which applied full quality and technology to the system. The DAF Flotator includes an automatic polymer unit, with a more automated system for polymer preparation and coagulant dosing, coupled to an HMI Touch Screen panel for easier operation and control. It also has a state-of-the-art, high-quality microbubble generation system that will achieve up to 95% efficiency, as well as a scraping system that allows the desired sludge thickening to be selected.
In addition, like all Linsul equipment, it was manufactured in 100% stainless steel, which increases its durability, along with cutting-edge technologies in its manufacturing process and in the composition of wastewater treatment equipment.
In conclusion, Linsul thanks Copacol for the partnership and the opportunity to improve its wastewater treatment equipment, together with its environmental concern. It also thanks its employees for their dedication and commitment to each project.
