HOW IT WORKS

First of all, we developed the Disc Press for dairies to dewater low-density sludge with a high concentration of oils. It is used in wastewater treatment plants, bringing more savings and sustainability to the dairy industry.

Linsul's LINPRESS model Disc Press has been standing out and establishing itself in the dairy sludge dewatering process, as it features innovative technology that is reliable thanks to its high durability and low maintenance.

The equipment consists of a cylindrical body built with several fixed and moving discs, with a combination of gaps between the discs according to each application. The moving discs are responsible for the movement that drains the water and cleans the fixed discs, allowing operation 24 hours a day without the need for cleaning with water.

In short, we manufacture the Disc Press for dairies with automation, using several sensors and an electrical panel with PLC and HMI touch screen, for greater operational control, as this improves sludge drying and equipment durability.

In addition, we have a complete line for wastewater treatment plants, with many proven success cases. If necessary, we can carry out pilot and treatability tests, making the investment safer, since there is a guarantee that the equipment will work correctly in the dairy industry.

The great advantage of our disc press for dairies is its high operational efficiency combined with low electricity consumption, around 0.25 kWh per m³ of dewatered sludge.

In conclusion, Linsul provides full training for the operators
