Linsul supplied an ultrafiltration system for industrial water treatment at BRF's facility in Concórdia, Santa Catarina. With a stated capacity of 110 m³/h, the system was applied to the pretreatment of boiler feed water.
Challenge
The application needed to improve the quality of the water sent to the subsequent treatment stages. The project focused on reducing suspended solids and turbidity, contributing to stable boiler water preparation.
Linsul solution
The supply included a skid-mounted membrane ultrafiltration system with a capacity of 110 m³/h. The scope included materials for the skid's external connections, with electrical and hydraulic items. Ultrafiltration was applied as a pretreatment stage, focused on removing suspended solids, colloids and microorganisms.
