Linsul developed and supplied a DAF unit for the tertiary stage of wastewater treatment at Cedro Têxtil, in Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais. The project focused on polishing the effluent after secondary treatment and preparing water for industrial reuse.
Challenge
Cedro, a company with more than 100 years in the textile sector, needed a solution that met the demands of its operation. The challenge was to complement the existing treatment with a stage focused on the quality of the water intended for reuse.
Linsul solution
The solution was a LINFLOT-300-M DAF unit with a mechanical flocculator and AISI 316 stainless steel construction. The stated operating capacity for the application is 150 m³/h. The equipment was intended for the tertiary stage, complementing secondary treatment.
